We pull your property boundary from the MassGIS parcel database automatically when you enter your address. You can then trim the polygon to exclude driveways, gardens, or any areas you don't want cleaned.
What if I need to skip a week?
No problem — just tap Skip in the app at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. There's no penalty and your season subscription continues normally.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Our crews bring professional commercial vacuums, scoops, and high-pressure blowers. You don't need to provide anything.
Can you work in the rain?
Light drizzle is fine — gutter work is often better wet. We reschedule only when heavy rain or wind makes ladder work unsafe, at no extra charge.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime after your first 4 visits. We just ask for 4 visits so crews can build a clean cleaning pattern on your gutter.
